Oh, the poster wall. . .
I really liked the idea of papering over the south wall of room 408 with posters, but I'm not sure how well its developing. In any case, I'm definitely tired of looking at that Korn poster. What should we do about the poster wall? Just tear them all down? Or do you all have more posters to contribute?

What about holding an event and inviting both tutors and students to participate. If we use food and beverages, we can probably lure a few people. We could even open it up to TAs, adjuncts, and faculty who are not affiliated with the writing center. (It could turn into a promotional event.)
ReplyDeleteWhat about a wall-art party? If we can't mark the wall directly, we could line it with white deli paper and have people paint/draw/collage right on top of that. I've got supplies I could donate, and I'm sure others do too. My husband might even put in an appearance for that one, since he's been toying with the idea of throwing a wall-art party at our house for a while.
